Our Neurodiversity Awareness in the Workplace training programs are facilitated by Katie J. Adriano, ACC, CEC, CMC®. She is Thrive's first Instructor Partner in the Philippines and Asia (excluding Australia and New Zealand), and brings over two decades of cross-industry experience, a wealth of expertise, and a passion for driving positive change through inclusive leadership and personal growth.
Katie is dedicated to raising awareness and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace. These programs explore neurodiverse differences to widen understanding and empower people to work towards a neuroinclusive culture within the workplace.
